1. About Us

Wavesites is a trading style of GDM Media Ltd (SC537649), registered in Scotland, providing website design, digital marketing systems, and related services to tradespeople across the United Kingdom. To contact us, please use our contact page.

2. Our Services

Wavesites provides a subscription-based service that includes:

• A professionally designed, hosted website built for your business
• A 5-star review funnel system
• Missed call text-back automation
• An all-in-one unified inbox
• Automated lead follow-up sequences
• A dedicated business phone number
• Ongoing updates, maintenance, and support

Local SEO is available as a separate premium add-on, priced on application.

3. Subscription and Payment

Monthly Subscription

Our standard subscription is charged at 29 GBP per week plus VAT, billed monthly in advance.

Annual Subscription

Annual subscribers are billed 1,508 GBP plus VAT as a single upfront payment, equivalent to 48 weeks giving 4 weeks free.

VAT

All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. UK VAT at the standard rate will be added to all invoices.

Late Payment

If payment is not received within 14 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend access to your services.

4. Setup and Onboarding

There is no setup fee. We will begin building your website and systems upon receipt of your completed onboarding form and first payment. Standard build time is 7 to 10 working days.

5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your website within the first 30 days of launch, we will issue a full refund of all subscription payments made. No questions asked. To request a refund, please use our contact page within 30 days of your launch date.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no notice period required and no cancellation fee.

• Monthly subscribers: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Annual subscribers: Cancellation stops the subscription from renewing.

Upon cancellation, you will lose access to your website, automations, inbox, business phone number, and all other systems we manage on your behalf.

7. Intellectual Property

All website designs, copy, and systems created by Wavesites remain the intellectual property of GDM Media Ltd during the subscription period. On cancellation, the licence to use these assets is revoked.

8. Our Responsibilities

• Build and maintain your website and marketing systems to a professional standard
• Respond to support requests within one business day
• Keep your systems updated and functional
• Maintain reasonable uptime for hosted services

9. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your business
• Pay your subscription fees on time
• Use our services in accordance with applicable UK law
• Not use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose

10. Limitation of Liability

Wavesites does not guarantee specific business outcomes or search engine rankings. Our total liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
